When a compensation arrangement is material to a Member decision, DIY Finance seeks to disclose the nature of the relationship in a clear manner and avoid presenting compensation as though it were an objective financial benefit to the Member.
Compensation does not change the Member’s responsibility to evaluate whether a product, service, or action is appropriate for their circumstances. Any future regulated service will follow the conflict-of-interest and disclosure requirements applicable to that service.
