Scope
Live support may help a Member understand information, discuss alternatives and tradeoffs, organize questions, prepare for a financial decision, or identify when outside professional assistance may be appropriate.
Specific availability, scheduling, response times, session limits, supported topics, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are disclosed in the applicable offer and may change prospectively with notice where required.
Professional boundaries
DIY Finance Live does not by itself create an investment-advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, legal, tax, accounting, lending, insurance, or other regulated professional relationship. If a regulated professional service is offered, it will be governed by separate agreements and disclosures where required.
Relationship to membership
DIY Finance Live is an entitlement within the general Member relationship. The Membership Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Electronic Communications Consent, Paid Membership, Renewal & Cancellation Terms, and applicable disclosures continue to apply.
