Future Regulated Services

Version 2.2Effective September 9, 2026Contact: support@diyfinance.app

General membership does not by itself create an investment-advisory, brokerage, banking, lending, insurance, money-transmission, fiduciary, or other regulated financial relationship.

If DIY Finance or an affiliate offers a regulated service in the future, enrollment may require separate agreements, disclosures, consents, identity verification, risk or suitability information, investment-profile information, regulatory documents, professional standards, and other obligations appropriate to that service.

A future investment-advisory relationship may include a standalone investment-profile questionnaire addressing objectives, time horizon, liquidity needs, investment experience, risk tolerance, risk capacity, restrictions, and other relevant circumstances. Any mapping from that profile to a model portfolio must use an approved methodology and applicable advisory/compliance controls.

The terms governing a regulated service will control with respect to that service where they conflict with the general Membership Agreement.
