DIY Finance may use automated systems, rules-based technology, machine learning, artificial intelligence, external service providers, and governed computational methods to support digital experiences.
These systems may help organize information, identify possible priorities, support conversational interactions, categorize information, produce estimates or scenarios, and assist with other Member-requested functionality.
Automated outputs can be affected by incomplete, stale, estimated, or incorrect information and by assumptions about uncertain future events. Unless a separate written agreement expressly establishes a regulated professional relationship, Members remain responsible for their decisions.
DIY Finance seeks to use governed computational methods for material financial calculations where appropriate, to identify material assumptions, and to provide reasonable explanations of significant limitations when they affect a Member decision.
The specific models, vendors, interfaces, and implementation methods used by the service may change over time. This statement is intended to remain durable and technology-neutral.
