DIY FinanceA registered individual is a Member of DIY Finance and is subject to the Membership Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Electronic Communications Consent, and other incorporated disclosures.
Membership options
DIY Finance
Core digital membership, including the generally available digital tools, education, guidance, account features, and support described in the service.
DIY Finance Live
An optional paid membership entitlement that includes the core digital membership plus access to live human support as described in the applicable offer and DIY Finance Live terms.
Membership status does not by itself create an investment-advisory, brokerage, legal, tax, accounting, fiduciary, banking, lending, insurance, or other regulated professional relationship. Any regulated service offered in the future will be governed by separate agreements and disclosures where required.
Member ID
Each Member account is associated with an immutable internal Member identifier. Authentication credentials, email addresses, phone numbers, third-party sign-in identities, and display names may change without changing the underlying Member account. A separate Member-facing reference number may be used for support or service administration.
Digital relationship
DIY Finance is designed as a digital service. Members should expect agreements, notices, policy changes, confirmations, and routine service communications to be delivered electronically to the extent permitted by law.
